01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and evo33 ("Platform", "we", or "evo33") governing the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by evo33 under the domain evo33.app.

By accessing the EVO33 website, registering an account, making any deposit, or using any of our services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the EVO33 platform immediately.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use evo33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. evo33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Individuals below this age limit are strictly prohibited from using the EVO33 platform.
• You must register using your own name and identity. Registration under another person's name or using a false identity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at evo33 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are not restricted by any laws or regulations applicable in your region from using EVO33 services.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban issued by any recognised authority.
• You are not using this platform in a professional or commercial capacity to gain advantage through means prohibited by these Terms.

EVO33 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents including copies of your ID card, passport, utility bills, or financial documents at any time to verify your eligibility.

03Account Registration & Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. evo33 relies on this information to process financial transactions and communicate with you. Any inaccurate or misleading information may cause delays or rejection of fund withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. EVO33 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. Enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings for an additional layer of security.

• Do not share your password or account details with anyone, including family members and friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device or public internet connection.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the evo33 support team immediately.
• EVO33 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or live chat. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.

EVO33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your login credentials is your sole responsibility unless it can be proven that our platform has been compromised.

04Deposit & Payment Methods

EVO33 provides a range of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian players. All deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. Deposit transactions are processed through encrypted payment channels to ensure the security of your financial data.

All deposits must originate from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name. evo33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, evo33 reserves the right to hold or return the funds while conducting the necessary investigation.

05Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your evo33 account are processed in accordance with established procedures. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and verification before approval. evo33 is committed to processing valid withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe.

• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes after verification.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer take 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or digital wallet used for your deposit (same-source principle).
• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification as a security measure.

If your withdrawal is rejected, you will be notified via a platform notification along with the reason for rejection. The wagering requirement is the key condition that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. • Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only during the lifetime of their account.

07Game Rules and Results

All games offered on the evo33 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by recognised independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game result is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including evo33 itself.

Game results displayed on your screen are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by the evo33 technical team. In the event of a recognised technical error, evo33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your account.

08Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity to register.
• Money laundering or using the evo33 platform for any criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the evo33 support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or fraudulently fulfil bonus wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions or identity verification.
• Spreading false information, harassing, or disrupting other members or evo33 staff.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with evo33's technical infrastructure.

EVO33 employs an automated monitoring system and an experienced security team to detect and investigate suspicious activity. EVO33's decisions regarding account closure on security grounds are final.

09Privacy and Data Protection

EVO33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of potential wins due to technical disruptions beyond EVO33's reasonable control.

EVO33 is not liable for any losses arising from the actions or inactions of third parties including game providers, payment providers, or internet service providers. However, we will make every effort to assist in resolving any issues involving such parties on your behalf.

12Terms Amendments and Account Closure

EVO33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will take effect after members are notified via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into force, except in security emergencies where changes may take effect immediately.

You may close your EVO33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid funds in your account will be processed for withdrawal once the required review and verification are completed. Closing your account does not release you from any outstanding debts or obligations.

• EVO33 also reserves the right to close or suspend your account in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by a competent authority.
• In cases of closure due to a violation, EVO33 reserves the right to withhold funds in the account pending an ongoing investigation.
• The English version of these Terms is the official version for all members in Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancy with other translated versions, this English version shall take precedence.
